Route Delivery

Weekly route delivery is standard for all regular account customers of The Penguin Ice Company.

Our delivery is also Guaranteed!

Unless other arrangements are made, all regular customers are placed on a weekly route delivery schedule. Our full route schedule runs based upon the needs of your individual business.

We guarantee our route delivery by giving you 30 FREE 7 lb bags of ice if our delivery truck does not arrive as scheduled.

Call-In Ice Delivery Service

At Penguin Ice we’re on call 24/7 365 days a year.

Our regular account customers are provided with guaranteed regular route delivery and same or next morning delivery for call in orders received by 1:00pm.

Should Penguin Ice not deliver as promised, that customer will receive 30 FREE 7 lb bags of ice when the truck arrives.

For non-regular, or backup customers, Penguin Ice will be more than happy to supply your ice strictly on a call-in basis. Although our same or next day guarantee will not pertain to your order, we will add your request to the closest delivery truck’s schedule and get to you after our regular accounts are taken care of.

Restaurant & Food Service Delivery

Penguin Ice provides fast ice delivery to restaurants, bars, schools, corporate cafeterias, and caterers in the Greater Bay Area. Premium, crystal clear, Turbo style ice is available in 20# or 40# bags for these deliveries.

*There is no delivery charge with an order of 800 lbs or more.

Emergency Ice

What’s the Penguin Creedo? Never Swim Alone! At Penguin Ice we feel you should never have to swim alone either, that’s why we offer emergency ice deliveries 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. So, should your Commercial Freezer or Cooler fail, or your Commercial Ice Maker go down, Penguin Ice will dispatch the nearest delivery truck to your location to assist you in keeping your operations running seamlessly.

Additionally, we have mobile freezers that that can be rented and brought to your location if the need arises.

Penguin Ice also maintains storage of thousands of bags of ice, palatalized, and ready to be loaded on a semi and shipped anywhere quickly should a natural disaster take place.
