PLANNED
MAINTENANCE SERVICE
R&R Refrigeration
and Air Conditioning, Inc. provides a Planned
Maintenance Service program to its customers
at competitive rates. This program is available
either under a service contract arrangement,
or on a time and material basis upon request.
Under the Planned Maintenance program, maintenance
is provided to the refrigeration and HVAC
equipment, to associated filter and fluids
and to related back-up equipment. In addition,
our expert technicians will do full write-ups
on any additional equipment malfunctions
that they find. This is so you, or your
team, can make informed decisions relating
to the care of your equipment.
ROUTINE SERVICE
Routine Service is defined
as all unplanned repair service other than
Emergency Service. Routine Service requests
are generally answered within a 24-hour
period. The Responsible Service program
provides for maintaining an overall Routine
Service capability and standard of .81 (or
higher). To maintain this standard, Routine
Service requests must be answered 90 percent
(or more) of the time within a 48-hour period
and 90 percent (or more) of these times
the trouble must be corrected on the first
visit. This Routine Service standard is
unsurpassed in our marketplace.
EMERGENCY SERVICE
Emergency Service is defined
as any major failure of the HVAC/R systems
to operate normally in the distribution
of factory specified temperatures and working
conditions. The Responsible Service program
provides for answering all Emergency Service
requests within a 4-hour period and for
maintaining appropriate repair efforts until
proper service is restored. Emergency Service
is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week,
365 days a year.
