R&R believes in hiring the best people and giving them the best continuing education. We operate both internal and external continuing education programs in order to keep our technicians at the top of there game. We even have an in-house mechanical refrigeration trainer, which allows us to both evaluate and sharpen our technicians’ troubleshooting skills. With this trainer, and other testing and certification means, we continually verify our quality standards. By being proactive in training, we ensure that our associates’ mechanical skills are polished and that they are kept abreast of new developments, techniques and requirements.
Moreover, we are active participants in trade groups and organizations that add to our base of knowledge. At R&R, we have made continuing education a part of our culture, as these programs benefit the team member, the company, and most importantly, the clients.
